Bausch + Lomb has received FDA 501(k) clearance by the FDA for its Biotrue Hydration Boost Contact Lens Eye Drops.

The newest addition to Bausch + Lomb’s Biotrue portfolio is a preservative-free, multi-dose hydrating drop designed for use with soft and rigid gas permeable contact lenses. It contains a combination of naturally-inspired ingredients, including hyaluronan, and matches the pH of health tears for comfort. (via)

The drops provide moisture to the eyes instantly and for up to 8 hours after installation.
